Christ is dwelling within us. He must be recognized in us
Do you understand Christ within you? If you don’t how do you expect the world to see Him in you?
Gal 1: 15-16 “It pleased God, who separated me from my mother’s womb (the old-order, religious system), and called me by His grace, to revel His Son in me")The veil has been upon our minds. When the veil is removed, old tradition, and religious orders, of man are set aside, then we see Him as he is, and are identity in him. Isaiah 55: 8-9 “His thoughts are not our thought, and our ways are not His ways.”
What can we say to this, we have lived our lives by taking thought. I need to do this, or that, go here, or there, be at this, or that, meeting at this, or that time, etc, etc. So today let’s put away our thoughts and let Father enlighten our thoughts with His mind. We may find answers quite different from what we believed in the past.
In order to understand clearly it is important for us to know the relationship between Jesus Christ and man. Just what is man?
Hebrews 2:6, "One in a certain place testified saying, what is man that thou art mindful of him, or the Son of Man that thou visitest him? (7) You have made him a little lower than the angels. You crowned him with glory and honor and you set him over the works of Thy hands." ,
(8) "You have put all things in subjection under his feet and You left nothing that is not put under him, but now, we see not yet all things put under his feet." What does the next verse tell us we see? “We see Jesus who was made a little lower than the angels for the suffering of death crowned with glory and honor; that he by the grace of God should taste death for every man.”
Can you hear what the Spirit is telling us? We don’t see all things put under his feet, We see Jesus. Forget about the thoughts of man and, (focus our eyes on Jesus.) If we focus on Him you can have full confidence we will not only see Him, but we will also see, who we are in him, and he in us.
In order to clarify lets go to Genesis and see what we can find out about man.“And God said, “Let us make man in our image and after our likeness” (It is important to understand this represents all of mankind) This created man did not have a physical body. He was created Spirit man. (This is our identity, we are Spirit man, not man spirit)
Do you understand the reality of your being is Spirit? Most Christians today are convinced man descended from Adam, (dust) Therefore they go about convinced they are sinners lost and away from God. They preach He is in a far away heaven some where, who one day will come back, and rapture them to their home in the sky. I am not going into detail on the assumptions you hear, men teach in churches today. I pray God’s children be aware of truth, when they hear it. I believe Father is opening our eyes to the reality, of our identity in Christ Jesus. Now we are the Son’s of God! We are begotten by the word of truth.
Because we came out of God, we have the capacity to create. By our thoughts we create what kind of person we are. If we are convinced we are not very smart, and will not succeed in life, then we will spend our lifetime as a failure. (As a man thinketh in his heart so is he.) Can we understand by focusing on the formed man, instead of the Created Spirit man, we loose our sense as to who we are in Him. It is very important to understand we are not from Adam.(dust)“We are created in Christ a new creature.”
God created man out of himself, The first man was Spirit therefore invisible.
When I read John 1: 1 In the beginning was the Word , and the Word was with God and the Word was God. (2) The same was in the beginning with God. (3) All things were made by Him and without him was not any thing made that was made. (4) In Him was life and the life was the light of men. Note God created man male and female and told them to be fruitful and fill the earth, It was Jesus Christ who was the first man Adam and you were in Him. (Spirit man) He was made a living soul, and the last Adam, Jesus Christ was a life giving Spirit."1 Cor 15:45. Why was the first man Adam designated a living Soul, but the last Adam, Jesus Christ is not called a Soul but rather a life giving Spirit?
The Word became flesh, being born of a woman, but conceived by the Most High. Speaking by revelation of the Spirit, Peter announced that this "Man" was indeed the “Christ, The Son of the living God.”
In Luke 1: 31-32 “Behold thou shall conceive in thy womb, and bring forth a son, and shall call his name Jesus (32) He shall be great, and shall be called the Son of the Highest: and the Lord God shall give unto him the throne of his father David. (35). And the angel answered and said unto her, The Holy Ghost shall come upon thee, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee: therefore also that holy one which shall be born of thee shall be called the Son of God. Jesus was the seed of the Father, born with a flesh and blood body. He was the first flesh blood and bone HUMAN man that did not sin. Through him would come forth a new Creation. Son’s of God who cannot sin because His seed remains in them. Are you hearing what the Spirit is saying to us. It was the Holy Spirit that came upon her, but the seed was from the Highest. Scripture declares, “Of his own will begat he us with the word of truth, that we should be a kind of first fruits of his creatures.” James 1: 18
Jesus Christ came to take the curse of death upon Himself freeing every man from death. You were more than on his mind, You were crucified, when I look at that day I must see Bill Green on that tree, not only did we die we were resurrected in him. Remember you were in that first created Adam. Our Soul’s joined back with the Spirit. We are now the Christ life manifested in the flesh. Paul stated it so well “I live yet not I” Praise God for the Christ life, For in Him we live move and have our being. We need not wait for another day. He is the now God, and as He is so are we in this world.
So what about this first man Adam He was created male (Spirit) and female (Soul) They were in harmony With God and in complete submission to His will. One thing we must remember God has a plan and He is in full control. I am aware some feel there was a devil who put one over on God, and caused Adam to disobey, and eat from the forbidden fruit. I believe we will see, it wasn’t some talking snake hanging around a tree talking to the woman, that cause all this trouble. Scripture teaches us “For the creature was made subject to vanity, not willingly, but by reason of him who hath subjected the same in hope.” Romans 8: 20 Verse 21 “Because the creature itself also shall be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God.”
Lets look at the meaning of this word vanity --emptiness, futility, conceit.
Psalm 144: 4 “Man is like to vanity his days are as a shadow that passes away.”
Psalm 94: 11 “The Lord knows the thoughts of man, that they are vanity.” So as we see “The Lord God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam, and he slept: and he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh instead thereof; 22. And the rib, which the Lord God had taken from man, made he a woman, and brought her unto the man. Genesis 2: 21-22
This word rib is also taken from the Hebrew word tsal ah which also means side. Which I feel is telling us that the Lord God took a side of Adam (soul female side) This makes more sense to me. This Soul was subject to her surroundings and it was not a snake hanging around a tree but rather Eve’s mind, was subject to the senses, and she was drawn away by reasoning in her mind. I believe the carnal mind is the serpent and it is through the thoughts we create our heaven or hell. For those of you who are still with me, I know all of this has raised numerous questions. As we go along I feel most of the questions will be answered.
I know when we speak of Jesus Christ being the first Adam, This raises a lot of questions, for example The question concerning sin, If Jesus Christ was the first Adam, he sinned because Adam sinned. 1 Timothy 2: 14 “And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived was in the transgression.” (Hebrew word pasha, paw - shah to break away from just authority (Strong’s 6586) So we see it was the woman who broke away from authority. It is important for to understand there is a Spiritual unveiling of Scripture, We must hear and see what the Spirit is saying to us.
If we see the Spirit male, and Soul female, we can understand Eve’s attention was drawn away from Spirit. Up until this time she was in harmony with Spirit, now the soul senses, and emotions, begin to function. Her mind begin to wander away from the direction of the Spirit. The serpent (mind) deceived her. Now Adam had a choice, remember he was a type of Christ. He had been given a Body from the dust, with the Spirit breathed into him. He was not deceived, he knew what the Father said. (You remember the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world? Rev 13:8) Well Adam knew the soul would remain separated from the Spirit, So in order for the plan of the Father to be fulfilled He ate. “Though he were a son yet learned he obedience by the things which he suffered. (Hebrews 5: 8) We know Adam was a son of God. As recorded in Luke 3: 38 Now hear what the Spirit is saying. The first Adam was a Son of God Can you see the perfect Adam when Spirit and Soul (male, and female) were walking in harmony with the Father. When the Soul (female) was separated from the Spirit (male) and begin to yield to the sense realm, sin entered the world. Not through the serpent hanging around on a tree talking to people, but by the carnal mind, that almost deceived the elect. The natural mind of man is the serpent that hungers for power, and authority, to rule the world without God. This is the enmity (hostility) towards God, and cannot please, or be in harmony, with the Father. Therefore, it takes more than the carnal mind rethinking, it must be replaced with the mind of Christ. In order for the Soul (senses,) to be back in harmony with the Spirit. This happened when Jesus, the first human to live without sin, Gave his life. Remember he gave his life, no man could take it from him. This Jesus the Lamb of God with a flesh bone blood body realized, He was the Son of God, when he was about twelve years old. From that time on he walked in the Spirit of Christ. The same Spirit that is in you and I. We too can walk in that Christ Spirit. In so doing we are willing as He was to lay down our life realizing our real life identity is hid in Christ in God. Oh hear this dear child of God. You are not a sinner lost in this world This Jesus gave not only His blood but it was the blood of the nations. The blood of all humans was spilled out that day. Scripture teaches us with one blood he made the nations“And hath made of one blood all nations of men for to dwell on all the face of the earth, and hath determined the times before appointed, and the bounds of their habitation.” Acts 17: 26
Can’t you see our life is not in the blood, Our life is in the Spirit. Christ is our life. All, all, all, in Adam died. All, all, all, in Christ is made alive. Not some day as we have so often been taught. Now, Now, we live move and have our being in Christ. In Him we are complete, Old things are not passing away, “old things have passed away. Behold all things are new. He is before all things, all things were made by Him, there is nothing made that He did not make, and we are complete in Him.
Are you willing today to lay down the old order of things, the bondage of sin, and death, the fear of hell fire, and eternal torment. Our Father, yours and mine, loves us with an unconditional love. There is not some devil big enough to destroy any of God’s creation. Do you think our Father who is Love, would cast the biggest percent of His Creation including his children into a burning hell? Never, never, would he do that. We started out from Him and we will return to Him.
All is well our Father is in control, and you can be assured He will do it His way. It is His plan and he controls every phase of it.
