New Creation Phoenix

One With God

New Creation Phoenix

I would like to share with you what the New Creation Phoenix picture means to me.  In IICorinthians 5:17, it says that if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature. The golden phoenix in the picture represents the New Creature.  The woman represents the soul being consumed in the "fire of God" which is  love.  This is what our soul has been longing for since the Garden of Eden.  There has always been a dissatisfaction and longing within us that never could be filled.  Only the love of God can fill that need!  Now He is awakening us to this knowledge!  The golden phoenix represents the Finished Work!  On the cross Jesus said, "it is finished!"  How excited he must have been, knowing that now all men would be reconciled unto God!  That all men would be given beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, and the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness!  That now man was one with God!  In John 17:21-23, Jesus said," That they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me and I in thee, that they also may be one in us:  that the world may believe that thou hast sent me.  and the glory which thou gavest me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one: I in them, and thou in me, that they may be made perfect in one; and that the world may know that thou hast sent me and hast loved them as thou hast loved me."  In verse 24, he said,"Father, I will that they also, whom thou hast given me, be with me where I am."  He was in the Father, and now we are in the Father! for He is the one who placed us there!  In Ephesians 2:4-6, "But God, who is rich in mercy, for His great love wherewith He loved us, even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened (made alive) us together with Christ,  (by grace ye are saved;) and hath raised us up together and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus."  In Galatians 2:20, it says that I am crucified with  Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh, I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me."  The sin nature died with Christ and everyone is raised to New Life in Christ!  Christ, in you, the hope of glory!  You are risen to New Life in Him!  Not only does He dwell in you, but you dwell in Him, consumed in His Love!  You are a New Creation in Him! I pray that this blesses you!  I welcome your comments or questions!
